Why quality control so important to us? Let’s put it this way, without rigorous quality control and absolute customer satisfaction AK Language Services would has not been survived until today. Quality translation is the heart and soul of what we do. Since everyone of us own this translation business so we are serious about translation we are even more serious about quality of our works because it is the lifeline of our business. Key elements of our quality assurance process is proofreading, proofreading and proofreading. Proofreading is used to ensure correctness of translation in terms of grammar, syntax, spelling, punctuation, etc. These proofreadings are hard to automate, so proofreading is always performed by native linguists. Prior to delivery, we have the final product checked in our quality control department by the senior translator. At AK Language Services, we concentrate on consistency in approach, performance, and continuous process improvement. We follow a quality control workflow process to ensure that all necessary changes are accurate and smooth. Every translation project is handled by your own project manager, you can rest assure that your document needs to be translated will receive the utmost care, a fast and efficient turn-around and strict confidentiality of your document. Only the highest qualified linguists are invited to go through our rigorous examination process only if they have a proven industry-specialist knowledge topped with a minimum of five years translation/interpretation experience.
